United Pacific Pallet manufactures standard and custom new pallets designed to meet your materials handling needs. Located in Portland, Oregon, we have an excellent reputation as one of the most professional wood pallet manufacturers in the country. Our pallet facility manufactures new and heat-treated export pallets.

Wooden pallets are ideal for protecting loads and avoiding damage to goods in transit and storage. They are the most cost-effective handling system available. We offer both standard and custom new wood pallets.

What you need to know about our new wood pallets:

• We produce all pallet components onsite to ensure quality.
• United Pacific Pallet carries a large inventory of high-quality raw materials.
• Our export pallets are certified heat treated, proof of certification is available.
• We provide flexible shipments of full or partial truckloads.
• Our pallet facility can provide chamfering and notching if needed.
• Our state-of-the art automatic nailing machines are capable of assembling all sizes of pallets - stringer or block.

Standard Pallets

United Pacific Pallet carries the following two standard pallets:

• Stringer pallets are the most common style used in the United States. Stringer pallets use dimensional lumber to separate and support the top and bottom deck. The most widely used stringer pallet is the 48" x 40."
• Block pallets are 4-way entry pallets with blocks of solid wood which support the unit load. Typically, 4 to 9 blocks support the top deck. Block pallets can be designed with or without bottom deckboards, some with full perimeter base.

Custom Pallets

United Pacific Pallet will design a custom pallet for your specific requirement. Our engineers will evaluate the weight load, material handling systems and other specifics to make the best possible recommendations. We will visit your facility to learn more about your process.

We use the Pallet Design System (PDS)© to assist us in designing the best pallet.
